Refunds: underpaid, late and duplicate payments
Payments on Fuji Gift Market are settled by the blockchain watcher automatically. A few cases need a person, and they are refunded by hand.
Refunded cases
- Underpaid — the transfer is more than 1% short of the total. The order is marked underpaid; the money is returned to the sending wallet.
- Gift gone — the payment arrived after the gift was sold to someone else or handed out inside the app. Full refund.
- Duplicate — a second transfer with the same order code. The extra amount is returned.
- No code — a transfer without a recognisable order code is held as unmatched until you contact us.
What to send
Message the bot with the order code (shown on the order page) and, if you have it, the transaction hash. The refund goes to the wallet the payment came from.
What is not refunded
A delivered gift. Once the transfer to the named Telegram account has gone out, the sale is final — check the @username before paying.
Timing
Refunds are manual and normally handled within a day.
