What is GRAM in the Fuji Gift ecosystem?

Fuji Gift is a Telegram mini-app built around collectible gifts, and GRAM is its balance currency. It is pegged one to one to TON: you top up GRAM by sending TON, and you withdraw GRAM as TON.

GRAM and the web market

The marketplace exists in two places: inside the mini-app, where it trades in GRAM, and on fujigift.xyz, where prices are shown in TON and paid from any wallet. It is the same set of lots and the same orders. A gift sold on the site pays its seller in GRAM inside the app.

Why not just call it TON

Inside the app a balance has to be an account entry that can be staked, locked in an offer or paid out instantly. Keeping it under its own name makes clear that it is an app balance rather than coins in your wallet — while the exchange rate stays fixed.

Telegram Stars are also present in the ecosystem for gift valuation and Telegram's own fees. The market itself trades only in GRAM/TON; Stars are never a payment method on the site.
