Like models and backdrops, symbols have a per-mille rarity within a collection. Because the pool of symbols is large, individual symbols are often rarer than any single model — a 4‰ symbol is common to see in listings.

Does it matter?

For most buyers the symbol is the least important attribute; the model and backdrop dominate the look. It matters in two cases:

Themed gifts — a symbol that fits the recipient (a guitar, a cat, a rocket) makes a present personal.
